At Chakrellxik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our creative and personal services.
Cancellation Policy
Portrait Sessions and Consultations
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund, but credit for rescheduling within 90 days
- No-shows: No refund or credit available
Workshop Registrations
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund or full credit for future workshop
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: Credit for future workshop only

To cancel a booking, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your booking confirmation number and the reason for cancellation.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- First reschedule: Free of charge if made 48+ hours before the appointment
- Second reschedule: $25 administrative fee
- Rescheduled appointments must be used within 90 days of the original date
- Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to availability fees
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund
Service Guarantees
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services:
- Contact us within 7 days of your service with your concerns
- We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
- Resolution options may include complimentary revisions, partial refund, or service credit
Workshop Materials
Materials provided during workshops are yours to keep. However:
- Unused workshop kits cannot be returned for refund
- Materials are for personal use only
- If materials arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours for replacement
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Gift certificates can be transferred to another person
- Lost gift certificates can be reissued with proof of purchase
Weather and Emergency Cancellations
In the event of severe weather or emergencies:
- We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule
- No cancellation fees apply for weather-related cancellations
- Full refunds or credits are available for events we must cancel
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a special situation, please contact us to discuss your options. We review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
